Whether I'm going for emotional or physical problems, I always leave feeling healed and nurtured. I cannot express my gratitude for Revital and Healing Foundations enough. They've helped me through every issue in life!

I thought OrangeTheory would be a good workout (already pretty fit) and of course, day one I do an ab move... read more in class and feel my lower back strain. A few months of going to the chiropractor, while quick relief, the next day the pain would return. During this time, I also started my fertility journey and discovered the benefits of acupuncture! To my delight, I found Healing Foundations - their website, the ease of booking online, and knowing the extend of training and passion Rebecca has made me feel 100% this was the right person and right place to be treated. I trust Rebecca completely.

I went in with an open mind and found Rebecca to put me in a state of pure zen and bliss. Honestly, I chuckle usually within the first few minutes because of the endorphin surge that feels VERY euphoric! Rebecca always makes me feel at peace and that the treatments are exactly what my body needs on that day. These sessions for me are more relaxing that a 60 minutes massage!

The improvements in my body are noticeable. I also sometimes feel "ghost" points where days after treatment, I can still visualize and feel the pressure relief. It's pretty cool!

I only wish I would have found Rebecca and Healing Foundations sooner!

  Healing Foundations helped save my life. Seriously. No drama. I was a heavy smoker for 30 years. I tried hypnosis, the patch, Chantix, etc etc etc and nothing worked. I... read more picked a date and made an acupuncture appointment for the same day. I then went 1-2 x per week for the 15 minute nada acupuncture sessions. I did this for a few months and then started to go less frequently.
Today I have been smoke free for 15 months! I have skipped over 10,000 cigarettes and feel better than I ever have. I miss it everyday but I know I'll never smoke again. You must try this if you are serious about quitting! Complete game changer.
Plus everyone there is super nice and cool and they want to help you! This is their thing. They do it well. I worked with Rebecca who is amazing. Just wonderful. I feel so lucky to have found her.
Even if you aren't quitting something you should check this place out they have a bunch of other services. I like cupping a lot as well. Very unique experience. I wish these stars went up to 11 !
